Day Three : A Beautiful Tokyo Asakusa - [Ueno - Fujiko's Museum - Tokyo Sky Tree]

We will visit the most famous park in Tokyo. This is Ueno Park. I used JR line from Asakusa to Ueno and activated my JR pass in Ueno Station. After exit the station, you will see entrance gate for Ueno Park. So beautiful and calm in here. People are walking, riding bike, sitting in the bench, and reading the book. Hey, Could Indonesia has a park like this? The weather came so nice. It was perfect day! This place has big and long street but there are many benches to sit there. If i have many time, maybe I can enjoy here for longer times. A few trees have already changed color and wind blew lovely. Do you want to see a lake? This place has a big lake which you could play in boat and duckboat. This park has no fee admission too, how envy I am become a Japanese. This park is clean and I've never seen any garbage in here. I thought, it's a little harder to find a trash can in Japan but why every place still no seen any garbage? Maybe people in there have good awareness about it. One line in every queue, easy to be regulated, oh how I miss to live like that place!

In that place you can see a small shrine too and many people pray inside that place. The same tradition, I saw in this place that a place to hang your prayer and bad fortune. You will see many food stall near the shrine. This place sold local food like oden, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, soba, karaage, potato, and many more. I thought you never hungry in here ;) I bought takoyaki 500 JYP/6 pieces in here and tofu oden 200 JYP. My friend bought karaage and grilled squid. The karaage is more delicious in Sensoji Temple but the price cheaper here. LOL, in new place you've just tried tried tried as many as you can eat. No worry! It called HOLIDAY!! After that, you burned calories too because you walked. FYI, I walked almost up to 20.000 step/day. Wow, It's rare to do in Jakarta, Indonesia. Maybe to set a goal for 10.000 step/day I must walk all day in office without lift anyway! Maybe that's why all Japanese still skinny from young till old. Cross the entrance gate of Ueno park that you will see Ameyokocho Market which sold many traditional food and thing with cheaper price but too bad I've no time to visit it. Because this park is too awesome to past. One of my friend bought some things from there like matcha powder 750 JYP, Shiseido sunblock, and traditional food.

We will go to Ikebukuro Station after that because we want to buy special kitkat edition only in Japan. The kitkat flavour are chili, cream cheese, strawberry maple, matcha flavor. The price a little more expensive around 420 JYP/4 pieces. But, if you want to try unique flavor, ust bought it! This store located in Seibu Dept. Store. So, you used JR line and found sign to Seibu Store and you arrived in basement floor which sold food everywhere.Wow, all Japan's dessert are cute for eyes. You can buy cigare au chocolate 500 JYP/10 piece, dorayaki 1000/10piece, rice cracker 300 JYP/bag, curry sauce 120 JYP/box, and many more that I can't write all. I love to see but have no time to take photos. Because, I have just one hour and my oxford shoes broke so I visited the shoes floor. Amazing, it's been hard to buy shoes below 5000 JYP hahaha so I went down to store in subway to find shoes. Thank God, a little store sold some cute shoes, I bought one around 3000 JYP but the comfortless from this shoes is worth for every step. I've never feel sorry to buy little pink sneaker ;)

Next step, Fujiko F Fujio's Museum. Wow, I was curious since read several blog discussed. We took subway in JR line to Shinjuku Station and then go to odawara line to reach Noborito Station. Exit the station and you will see a bus drawn by doraemon and friends to reach the location of the museum. After queue, we got the translator remote for explaining history of Fujiko F Fujio. The place has no permission for taking the picture.

The place has several area. First, you went to a room which told about Fujiko F Fujio story and many his comic, then you"ll see many wall with pictures from childhood till old. The interesting area for me are glass box which shown doraemon's story in 4D and working room Fujiko. So many books up there. Then, you can go to library room with much much comic and cute bathroom on the side. The last is playing garden who shown many things in doraemon's film.

Did you want ended the night with beautiful scenery? We are too! So we moved to Tokyo Skytree at Solamachi are which famous observatory place now. Back to shinjuku station and then going to Asakusa with JR line, moved into Asakusa line to reach oshiage station. Then you will find a luxurious mall who sold tokyo banana shop and many more. Tokyo skytree on 4 Floor, last ticket sold at 09.00 pm and you would see the Tokyo's beautiful night. Check on this page to see what you can do in there Tokyo Skytree 

Tight itinerary? Yes, but we are  group people who want see more but still enjoy it. Lets have a nice rest and tomorrow big last day in Tokyo came. Shopping day!!! ;)
