How to Apply Japan Visa by Yourself as Indonesian
Hello readers, after make a wish to visit a country in autumn. This year, the wish is filled \('o')/ Maybe, I will make so may post about Japan in Autumn 2014 :). So, after I bought return ticket (explanation in other post). I start to collect all letter for Japan Visa because this is my first time to apply by myself. Other visa, I've took care by tour, but now I decided to do it. Here's the document for preparation. Fyi, I'm Indonesian where lived in Jakarta. So, in here you must search the city where you lived to apply the visa.
1. You need passport minimal 6 months before expired. (I saw so many blog talked about are other visa making you easier to get the Japan visa but other blog talked how easy to get it even your passport still empty).
2. Japan visa application. You can download in http://www.id.emb-japan.go.jp/visa.html then choose what your purpose to. In this paper, you will stick a photo with white background and the size 4,5x4,5 cm
3. Photocopy identity card
4. Photocopy student card or information from your school/university which prove you are a student
5. Ticket return Indonesia-Japan

7. Information hotel booking
8. Photocopy act of birth and family card
9. A letter from your parents if you go there without them
10. A letter from bank that proved the guarantor for expenses is the customer
11. Photocopy bank account in three months before going to
After, all the documents are complete, I go to Japan Embassy at Jakarta which located beside EX Plaza. Because, the time showed 09.00 a.m. the mall hasn't not yet opened but you can ask the safety guard to park your car in front of the building. You can walk from there to Japan Embassy.
Prepare your identity card to change with card number and keep it in your bag and you can come in to their office. The office located in floor one, so you can take the queue's number in the machine and wait it the chair. They're four section for visa application and for us in section number 2 and 3. Not long time, my number is called and the officer asked me all my documents from the plastic bag. She checked all my documents and asked me to fill small paper as proved that I've already collect the document. Five minutes later, she said that I could take in three days if there's no problems and paid Rp 320.000,00. Yay, after three days later My friend went there to take the japan visa and we get all the Japan Visa. Easy right? It's better if you have time to go there, you can do it by yourself. Because, the fee from tour rate Rp 450.000-Rp550.000,00 when I checked. Fighting and wait from my adventure. Do you???
